The Cockburn Group is firmly independent and thus produces an unbiased report. We are aware of the requirements of institutional lenders and are mindful of their strictures HOWEVER we act for the client and also address the real business issues, we will always act in the clients interests reporting without fear or favour.

 

The Cockburn Group will hold all information in the strictest of confidence and work closely with the clients advisers ( solicitors and accountants and bankers ) . We have no desire to marginalise existing advisers, indeed we welcome their involvement as an added benefit.

 

The Cockburn Group believe in a long term relationship. We provide ongoing assistance with planning, development, expansion and will maintain a close relationship with the principals of the concern. Where required we can arrange to access development and grant funds through our Associates.

The Cockburn Group have an extensive understanding of business and financial issues however we do not, and never will, profess to 'know it all'. Where we have a gap that needs filling in order to fulfil a client requirement we have an extensive Associate list extending to every corner of the globe, covering virtually every aspect.
